- Contact lens case and solution if you wear contacts. You'll be lying still for a while, sometimes hours. Contacts dry out under our studio lights. Pack your case and solution so you can take them out comfortably.
- A list of any current medications or supplements you're taking. Blood thinners, certain vitamins, and even high-dose aspirin affect how your skin takes ink and how much you bleed during the session. Write it down so you can mention it to your artist. They'll know what to watch for.
